If your robot stops mopping, it’s usually due to a clog in the water tank.

Essential Series: entry-level model, simple and practical. Two power modes and basic attachments.
Premium Series: same power, but more luxurious with a touchscreen display, three modes, and an extra mattress-cleaning attachment.
Elite Series: most advanced, five modes, touchscreen operation, and maximum flexibility.

⚠️ Important: this usually does not concern the filling opening, but the two small holes at the bottom of the tank where the water should come out. There are two plugs inside these holes that can be carefully removed.

Clean these plugs thoroughly.
Make sure the small openings in the plugs are rinsed well so blockages are cleared.
Use only water for cleaning.

⚠️ Do not use cleaning agents such as all-purpose cleaner, vinegar, or chemicals. These can damage the system or cause clogs. If you must add something, use only a minimal amount and rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water afterwards.

After cleaning, the robot should work normally again. If the problem persists, please contact us.
